As a member of Children’s Hospital Association (CHA), you have access to online tools designed to help you and your hospital improve patient outcomes, shape efficiencies, foster peer relationships, and advocate for children’s hospitals. You can access many of these resources from your CHA member account.
The information below will walk you through how to access your member dashboard and make the most of your membership.
Create an account
- Visit the account creation page.
- Register using your hospital email address.
- Please complete the required fields and accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Reset your password
- Login to your account.*
- Navigate to your profile in the member dashboard.
- Select Change Password at the bottom of your profile and follow the prompts.
If you forget your password and cannot access your account, you can reset your password using this form.
Set up multi-factor authentication
Our member hospitals and health systems trust us with sensitive data, and we are committed to keeping it secure. To ensure data security, please use multi-factor authentication (MFA) when accessing CHA systems and data programs.

Navigate your member dashboard
From your member dashboard you can update your profile, customize your newsfeed, update subscriptions and view recommended content and upcoming events. In the left menu, access your bookmarks, explore peer communities, and access member exclusive resources.
