As a member of Children’s Hospital Association (CHA), you have access to online tools designed to help you and your hospital improve patient outcomes, shape efficiencies, foster peer relationships, and advocate for children’s hospitals. You can access many of these resources from your CHA member account.
The information below will walk you through how to access your member dashboard and make the most of your membership.
Create an account
- Visit the account creation page.
- Register using your hospital email address.
- Please complete the required fields and accept the Terms of Use and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Reset your password
- Navigate to the member login page by selecting the Log In button in the upper right corner of the CHA website.
- Select Forgot Password and follow the prompts.
Set up multi-factor authentication
Our member hospitals and health systems trust us with sensitive data, and we are committed to keeping it secure. To ensure data security, please use multi-factor authentication (MFA) when accessing CHA systems and data programs.

Navigate your member dashboard
From your member dashboard you can update your profile, customize your newsfeed, update subscriptions and view recommended content and upcoming events. In the left menu, access your bookmarks, explore peer communities, and access member exclusive resources.
