Empowering Well-being Through an Employee Health Weight Management Program

Dec. 02, 2026, 1 p.m. ET|Webinar

Join the Children’s Hospital Association for a Benefit Advisory Services webinar.

Health care organizations face increasing challenges in supporting employee well-being while maintaining high-quality patient care and managing health care costs.

In response, Children’s Nebraska developed the Employee Health Weight Management program to provide personalized, evidence-based support for employees pursuing weight management and improved health outcomes.

This session will explore the program’s development, implementation, and evaluation. Speakers will share participant outcomes, lessons learned, and opportunities to expand employee wellness initiatives within health care organizations.

Presenters will:

  1. Identify the essential components of an effective, clinician-led employee weight management program.
  2. Explore strategies for integrating lifestyle and behavioral coaching with pharmacologic interventions, including GLP-1 medications.
  3. Evaluate program outcomes and practical lessons learned to inform the development and implementation of similar initiatives within your organization.
