CHA submitted a statement for the record for the House Energy and Commerce Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee hearing, “Examining the Root Causes of Drug Shortages: Challenges in Pharmaceutical Drug Supply Chains.” Our statement calls on Congress to prioritize the unique health care needs of children when strengthening and stabilizing the nation’s supply chain to forestall shortages.
