Children’s Hospital Association (CHA) submitted comments regarding the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network’s (OPTN) revised bylaws and management and membership policies set forth by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

The revised bylaws and management and membership policies focus on the structure of the OPTN Board of Directors. CHA’s comments highlight the need for increased pediatric representation on the OPTN Board of Directors and throughout the OPTN Modernization process.
