CHA Leads Comments with Child Health Groups in Response to Proposed Rule

The Children’s Hospital Association (CHA) submitted joint comments with seven other child health groups to CMS in response to the “Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters” proposed rule.

Our comments addressed proposed provisions related to weakened network adequacy and essential community provider standards, expansion of catastrophic plans, and restrictions on eligibility, enrollment, and financial assistance for Marketplace coverage. Additionally, CHA signed on to the Coalition to Preserve Rehabilitation’s and the Habilitation Benefits Coalition’s comment letter.
