Annual Leadership Conference - Nonmember presenters may attend only the session they are presenting.
Nonmember presenters must be disclosed during the call for proposals process.
The recommended number of presenters for a standard concurrent session and poster presentation is two. The call for proposals application allows for two presenters per proposal. Presenter adjustments may be made after the call for proposals review process.
Presenters must be available to deliver their presentations any day during the conference, during posted session hours.
Poster presentations are available to members only. Accepted poster presenters must display and present their posters during official poster display and presentation hours.
CHA reserves the right to edit, publish and duplicate any information provided in this call for proposals as well as any subsequent information such as handouts and presentation materials, without restrictions.

CHA reserves the right to audio and video record or photograph live presentations, including educational sessions and poster presentations at the conference, without restrictions.
Continuing Education (CE) Hours - Should your proposal be accepted, you must agree to submit any additional information requested in order to comply with requirements necessary for CE hours. All presenters and authors must comply with requirements necessary to meet the Joint Accreditation for Interprofessional Continuing Education™ criteria to award CEs. Failure to comply may forfeit eligibility for CE credit.
All proposal presenters must disclose any significant financial interest or other relationships with manufacturers of any commercial product(s) or provider(s) of commercial services discussed in an educational session or poster presentation. The intent of the disclosure is to provide the attendee with information which they can use to make their own judgment of a session or poster presentation. This information will not prevent you from presenting. The Conflict of Interest Form will be emailed to selected presenters. Failure to complete the form by the deadline forfeits your eligibility for CE hours.
Not all Association programs use a formal call for proposals process, we are always looking for great session ideas and dynamic presenters. These proposals will be reviewed for use at the conference; and may be shared with Association staff for possible use in other educational programs.
