    Criteria for completion

    Criteria for successful completion of this educational activity includes confirmation of attendance and completion of program evaluation. A link to the online Verification of Attendance and Evaluation Survey will be emailed to participants. To receive a certificate of completion, attendees must be registered for the activity and complete the survey by July 21. Certificates will be emailed to participants. Pharmacists may obtain a CPE Credit Certificate from the NAPB e-Profile.

    ACHE Qualified Education

    By attending the webinar offered by Children’s Hospital Association, participants may earn 1 ACHE Qualified Education Hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executive (FACHE) designation.
