Children's Hospital Association (CHA) submitted a response to Senate HELP Committee Ranking Member Bill Cassidy's, R-La. Request for Information (RFI) on ways to improve the regulation of clinical tests.
Twenty children's hospital pathologists joined CHA on the letter to highlight the critically important role that laboratory-developed tests (LDTs) play in pediatric specialty care and the need to ensure that children continue to have access to safe and effective diagnostic tools.
