CHA sent a letter to the DEA supporting their policy change to better address children’s unique health care needs. CHA has advocated that the DEA maintain access to care for children via telehealth and reiterated our support for the special registration process in our letter. The DEA will have another comment period this fall before the telemedicine rules are finalized.
