“Everyone's lives changed,” says Sarah, Greta’s mother. “We entered a new world of appointments, advocacy, and finding solutions for challenges ahead.”
Starting with pediatric rehabilitation, Greta’s care then went to movement clinic for ongoing appointments and Botox. She also has been referred to several other departments for various checkups.
“Gillette Children’s gives us hope and resources,” says Sarah. “Greta has made relationships with the team here and has built great connections.”
When Greta needs specialized equipment or seating, as well as minor surgeries, she is cared for by providers at Gillette Children’s.
Today, Greta is doing well and has a great outlook on life. She loves listening to music.
