Children’s Hospital Association is committed to providing the educational support and collaborative opportunities members value while remaining vigilant against the spread of COVID-19.
To ensure the health and safety of meeting attendees, CHA requires all attendees and staff who plan to attend in-person events to be fully vaccinated. Fully vaccinated means two weeks have passed since a person received a single-shot vaccine or the second dose of a two-shot vaccine. If an attendee or staff member does not meet those requirements, they will not be permitted to register. Be prepared to upload a .jpg or PDF image of your COVID-19 vaccination record card when registering.
We are also working with hotel staff and have the following safety protocols in place for events:
- Extra space during meetings and social functions.
- Frequent cleaning of public areas and meeting rooms.
- Outdoor evening functions as weather and space allows.
- Hand sanitizers will be placed throughout the gathering areas.
We will continue to monitor and evolve our guidelines as needed.
