In support of improving patient care, CHA is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the health care team.

Conference presenters

All accepted educational session presenters and poster presenters must comply with the requirements necessary to meet the Joint Accreditation for Interprofessional Continuing Education™ criteria to award CE credit including disclosure of Conflict of Interest. The Conflict of Interest form will be sent via email to all presenters. Failure to comply forfeits eligibility for CE credit.

Verification of attendance

Conference attendees

  • By attending the conference, you have the opportunity to earn credit that may satisfy your continuing education requirements.
  • Because continuing education requirements vary widely among state and national agencies, it is not possible to obtain pre-acceptance from all groups. Participants should consult their reporting jurisdiction or credentialing organization that has final authority on acceptance. CHA designs its programs to comply with the principles of good practice accepted by most major health care professional and credentialing organizations.
  • Those requesting verification will receive an attendance confirmation form, which may be used to report credit to the organization of your choice.
  • Certificates will be emailed six to eight weeks post-conference.
