By registering for this conference you agree to the terms and conditions and the cancellation/refund policy outlined below.
In the unfortunate event that CHA must cancel this meeting, the association is not responsible for travel or other expenses incurred by registrants or individuals traveling with registrants. All conference cancellations are subject to a $100 administrative fee. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Registration, attendance and participation in the conference (and related activities) constitutes consent by the registrant for CHA's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
All cancellations must be received in writing.
