How can I get full access to content on your website?
Some of our website content and resources are exclusively for our members. If you're associated with a member hospital, you can create an account to access the full website. If you're not a member or don't have an account, there is plenty of content you can still access. Start by exploring the latest news from our magazine, Children's Hospitals Today.
How can I customize my member dashboard news feed?
Login to the member dashboard and select "Preferences" from the lefthand menu. Select the topics you are interested in by checking or unchecking the boxes next to them. Once you have completed your selection, click "save preferences" at the bottom of the page.
How can I sign up to receive Children’s Hospitals Today?
Email magazine@childrenshospitals.org to let us know you’re interested in receiving the quarterly magazine. You can also subscribe to the weekly digital newsletter.
Where can I see my newsletter subscriptions?
Login to the member dashboard and select "Newsletter Subscriptions" from the lefthand menu. To subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters, simply check or uncheck the boxes by each newsletter's name. Once you have completed your selection, click "update" to save.
How can I find a discussion in a community?
Login to your CHA account and use the search bar in the upper right-hand corner to search for a specific topic or discussion thread. Once you have entered your search, select the "Community" tab to filter your results.
Who do I contact if I need assistance?
