Presenter Agreements

Presenter Agreements

An outline of information CHA requires of conference presenters.

CHA reserves the right to edit, publish and duplicate any information provided in this call for proposal, as well any subsequent information such as handouts and presentation materials, without restrictions.

All presenters agree to provide CHA with electronic copies of their presentation prior to the designated deadline. If selected to present, you agree to pay the member presenter fee.

CHA reserves the right to photograph and/or make audio or video recordings of live presentations including conference educational sessions without restriction. Additionally, if selected to present at the live conference, presenters should be prepared to record a presentation after the conference for sharing on our website.

If your proposal is accepted, you must agree to submit any additional information requested to comply with the requirements necessary for CE hours. All presenters must complete a Conflict of Interest form. Failure to complete the form by the deadline may forfeit your eligibility for CE hours. The form will be sent via email to all presenters.

All proposal presenters must disclose any significant financial interest or other relationship with manufacturer(s) of any commercial product(s) and/or provider(s) of commercial services discussed in an educational or poster session. The intent of the disclosure is to provide the audience/attendee with relevant details to inform decision-making. This information will not prevent you from presenting.

Not all association programs use a formal call for proposals process. These proposals will be reviewed for use and may be shared with association staff for use in other educational programs to feature significant findings and dynamic presenters.
