Chart of Key Affordable Care Act Insurance Market Reforms Affecting Children

This Children's Hospital Association chart provides an easy-to-read guide of the insurance market reforms under the Affordable Care Act that are particularly important for children and their families.

The chart indicates which types of private insurance plans (i.e. Exchange plans, small group/individual market, large group, ERISA/self-funded) are subject to the various reforms.
