Children’s Center for the Child & Community at Omaha Children's is dedicated to advancing Prosper Lincoln’s early childhood agenda by leading a three-year process to assess, prioritize and impact child health outcomes related to kindergarten readiness using the evidence-based Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) process. With extensive local health partners, this project will start with a 14-month assessment phase to collect and analyze child health data for children ages 0 to 8 years old in Lincoln/Lancaster County.
