About This Event

Join Children's Hospital Association and FTI Consulting for the first in a series of webinars for the Strengthening the Children's Hospital Graduate Medical Education (CHGME) Project.

The project will give CHGME-participating hospitals the opportunity to identify priority areas for possible legislative and/or administrative changes to the program when the political time is right. FTI is leading this project and will be conducting independent interviews with senior teams at all CHGME hospitals to get their perspective on priorities for possible program enhancements.

During the town hall, FTI will share more about the project, including goals, objectives, key deliverables, timelines, communication, interview preparation and expectations, and who to include in the conversation.
