In 2021, children’s hospitals participating in the Child Health Patient Safety Organization® focused on adapting together for safety. Through collaboration, children’s hospitals are achieving better, safer and more reliable patient care. PSO members are highly engaged within the organization which drives progress. There was an 11% improvement in overall case learning which indicates that most participants are submitting two or more cases over the last year.
