The digital marketing specialist will leverage various platforms, including the website, marketing email and social media to advance Children’s Hospital Association’s (CHA) goals. Specific responsibilities include supporting the development and optimization of content on the website, social media, program and service digital marketing pages, and events to attract, engage and convert users to desired actions. Using expertise in email marketing best practices, the specialist will assist with informing and executing CHA’s email marketing efforts to ensure the delivery of targeted and effective messages. The specialist will leverage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to plan and implement content marketing efforts across the website. Using qualitative and quantitative data, the specialist will help develop and maintain key personas/audience segmentation to support targeting, automated marketing and variable content for a personalized user experience and effective customer journey.
