The Business Systems Analyst is a key resource on projects and is responsible for working hand in hand with the project manager to support scope, schedule and budget management for projects as assigned. The analyst will need to understand strategic direction and priorities of project requestor, current infrastructure and architecture, as well as the technology roadmap, and work with Association colleagues to define/document requirements and supporting information to achieve desired outcome. The analyst will facilitate/participate in meetings for design of application, data, process and/or technical architecture to develop solution alternatives and estimates, assess impacts and partner with relevant stakeholders to create artifacts that will be used by management for decision making. They will guide business, process and/or technical implementations by creating business and/or technical specifications, process flows, training materials, etc., lead comprehensive testing strategy and execution, as well as lead and/or play a significant role in end-user training.
