Gitte Y. Larsen, M.D., of Primary Children’s Hospital - Intermountain Healthcare, and W. Charles Huskins, M.D., of Mayo Clinic Children’s Center, led the writing team. Members from more than 40 IPSO participating hospitals contributed as either authors or collaborative investigators.
