Roadmap Emotional Health Learning Series

Supporting Those Living with a Chronic Pediatric Condition

This four-part learning series is brought to you in partnership with the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). Children and adolescents living with chronic condition navigate extremely challenging issues that can take a psychological and physical toll. ABP, through its Roadmap Project, has developed tools and resources for pediatricians and subspecialists to support the emotional health and resilience of their patients and families. Presented by clinicians, quality improvement experts, and parents, the series will:

  • Explore the emotional toll of chronic pediatric conditions.
  • Highlight the relationship to outcomes and costs.
  • Provide tools and strategies clinical teams can use to support patient and family emotional health and resilience.
