CHA will launch an affinity group for colleagues working in community health and community benefit. Learn from peers working in community health.
- Institution-based enrollment and fee structure will accommodate colleagues working in roles related to community health.
- A steering committee will advise the affinity group direction and serve as its content architect.
- In-person meetings will be hosted in the spring and fall.
- Group work will be conducted virtually between meetings.
Ahead of its official launch in 2020, two meeting opportunities exist in 2019. A meeting was held in Chicago in March in conjunction with the Association for Community Health Improvement Conference. Additionally, CHA will host a standalone Community Health Meeting this September in Kansas City.

This two-day meeting will be hosted on-site at Children's Mercy Kansas City and include a site visit to several of their community-based programs. The registration fee will be $300 per attendee. Registration will open in early summer 2019.
