Continuing Education (CE) Hours – If your proposal is accepted, you must agree to submit any additional information requested to comply with requirements necessary for CE hours. All presenters must complete a Conflict of Interest form. Failure to complete the form by the deadline may forfeit your eligibility for CE hours. The form will be sent via email to all presenters.

All proposal presenters must disclose any significant financial interest or other relationship with manufacturer(s) of any commercial product(s) and/or provider(s) of commercial services discussed in an educational session. The intent of the disclosure is to provide the audience/attendee with relevant details to inform decision making. This information will not prevent you from presenting.

Not all association programs use a formal call for proposals process. These proposals will be reviewed for use at the 2022 Quality and Safety Conference and may be shared with association staff for use in other educational programs to feature significant findings and dynamic presenters.
