Verification of Attendance and Continuing Education

The Children’s Hospital Association is pleased to offer:

  • Continuing Nursing Education for the Annual Leadership Conference and the Quality and Safety in Children’s Health Conference
  • American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Continuing Education for the major conferences
  • Verification of Attendance for major conferences

Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) for the Annual Leadership Conference and the Quality and Safety in Children’s Health Conference

CHA is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Conference Presenters
  • All accepted educational session presenters must comply with requirements necessary to meet the American Nurses Credentialing Center's criteria to award CNEs including the completion of a Conflict of Interest. The form will be sent via email to all presenters. Failure to comply forfeits eligibility for CNE hours.
Conference Attendees
  • The online CNE attendance confirmation form will be available on the conference website and CNE certificates will be emailed to all participants.
  • Attendees should access and complete the attendance confirmation form only once after attending the conference.
  • CNE certificates will be emailed 6 – 8 weeks post conference.

American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE)

Conference Attendees
  • CHA is authorized to award a certain amount of contact hours of pre-approved ACHE Qualified Education credit for the conferences toward advancement, or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
  • Participants wishing to have the continuing education hours applied toward ACHE Qualified Education credit should indicate their attendance when submitting application to the ACHE.
  • The online form will be available on the conference website and emailed to all participants.
  • Attendees should access and complete the attendance confirmation form only once after attending the conference.
  • Certificates will be emailed 6 – 8 weeks post conference.

Verification of Attendance

Conference Attendees
  • By attending the conference, you have the opportunity to earn credit that may satisfy your continuing education requirements.
  • Because continuing education requirements vary widely among state and national agencies, it is not possible to obtain pre-acceptance from all groups. Participants should consult their reporting jurisdiction or credentialing organization that has final authority on acceptance. CHA designs its programs to comply with the principles of good practice accepted by most major health care professional and credentialing organizations.
  • Those requesting verification will receive an attendance confirmation form, which may be used to report credit to the organization of your choice.
  • The online form will be available on the conference website and emailed to all participants.
  • Attendees should access and complete the form only once after attending the conference.
  • Certificates will be emailed 6 – 8 weeks post conference.
