Upon completion of the Quality and Safety in Children’s Health Conference, participants will be able to:

- Implement innovative strategies to build clinical effectiveness and impact safety in health care.

attending the conference. Certificates will be emailed to participants.
Continuing Nursing Education
CHA is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education (CNE) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s (ANCC) Commission on Accreditation and is authorized to award up to 11.15 contact hours of pre-approved CNE credit for this conference. In accordance with ANCC requirements, CHA has a conflict of interest policy that requires
faculty to disclose relevant financial relations related to the content of their presentation and materials. Any potential conflicts are resolved so that presentations are evidence-based and scientifically balanced. No conflict of interest exists for any presenter/author or planning committee member of this educational activity. Criteria for successful completion of CNE include session attendance and poster review in its entirety and confirmation of attendance. A link to the online Verification of Attendance form will be emailed to all participants. To receive your ANCC CNE certificate, please complete the online form to confirm your attendance for each session and/or poster presentation. CNE certificates will be emailed to all participants.
ACHE Qualified Education
CHA is authorized to award up to 13.65 contact hours of pre-approved ACHE Qualified Education credit for this program toward advancement, or recertification in the American
College of Healthcare Executives. Participants wishing to have the continuing education hours applied toward ACHE Qualified Education credit should indicate their attendance
when submitting applications to the ACHE.
