Responsible for leading affinity groups and related projects, providing opportunities for children’s hospital participants to share knowledge, learn together, and advance pediatric health care. Primary responsibilities include development of an annual curriculum of content delivered through various venues - in-person meetings, virtual sessions, webcasts, conference calls, and projects that help inform performance improvement and enable growth in thinking and learning. The role requires advanced critical thinking skills as a primary connector role that informs and connects children’s hospitals’ participants to CHA resources and information beyond the forum in which they primarily participate.
